Barking and Dagenham Business Awards 2012 WINNER

Future M.O.L.D.S Communities (FMC) are pleased to announce that they are recent recipients of two Barking & Dagenham Business Awards.

FMC were winners of the Community involvement including Social Enterprise award, sponsored by Sanofi, and Supporting Education, Training & Development, sponsored by Barking and Dagenham College.

FMC are a not for profit organisation, committed to delivering youth & community projects providing social and inclusive activities for young people and their communities, using a holistic approach.  We aim to foster learning using informal education methods and increasing opportunities.  We are dedicated to supporting existing projects to maximise the young people's potential within their communities whilst promoting and developing community cohesion.

Our aim is to provide positive activities with projects ranging from the Arts, such as working with a local school to create artwork that reflects their understanding of community cohesion, a MCing music project with young people where they write their lyrics and create beats to produce music which has an anti bullying theme, healthy living projects such as boxercise for young women that also incorporates healthy eating & sexual health, to name a few.  FMC currently operate in the London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, Newham and Tower Hamlets.

FMC offer a range of projects from short to long term for young people. FMC are specialists in the planning, delivery and management of N.E.E.T projects providing young people with progression routes into Education, Employment or Training. 

FMC can provide training and IAG for adults including employability, benefits and financial advice. FMC can also provide afterschool learning based provisions.
