The job club is a drop in service that supports 16-25yrs old with employment and training. The project provides Level 1 qualifications in Employability Skills and Personal & Social Development to those who wish to participate. For those who do not, we support them to find employment or education and training as required by the individual. The informal design of the project enables us to meet a wide diversity of needs and in doing so helps us to identify and address barriers. The projects are supported by the Evening Standard dispossessed Fund and Awards For All.
FMC will soon be providing a drop in service for those in the local community seeking advice in the following areas: Money matters, Employment Law, Welfare & Benefits, and Housing and Homelessness rights.
Future M.O.L.D.S. Communities (FMC) are a social enterprise. We aim to identify and challenge social injustice and help others do the same. We are dedicated to reducing those who are not in employment, education or training and providing free positive activities within Barking & Dagenham for young people and support services for adults.
